"Best place to stay when you are in Menorcha. Staff is wonderful, place is so neat. Way they take care of the environment is brilliant. Overall best place. Thank you for making my trip wonderful."

"Wonderful hotel, location is more so, lovely staff, food ok, but be aware than the beach is public, do you have your pay for beds and brollies, €22:50 per day which the hotel does not tell you about. Overall, really excellent. They need to improve on there sustainability as too many plastic water bottles everywhere, need water fountains and non plastic water bottles in the rooms. Their food (breakfast) needs to be hotter but the Mosaic breakfast was amazing, the Level breakfast was abit poor and not hot. Overall 9/10 for the most amazing location and views. Hotel just needs to work on a few little elements to be perfect."

"The hotel and gaff were amazing! Great location , couldn’t ask for more. Mirela and Sorya were extremely kind - thank you ! Only complaint is around the older plumbing. Could here neighboring guests when they do wild shower or use the restrooms from our room."

"Rooms are very good, hotel location on the sea front and short walk to Calles Font also great although actual Es Castrell is not the prettiest! We were B&B breakfast was nice but same choices everyday so became a bit repetitive but great egg chief! Food from the snack bar also good quality. Staff were all kind and helpful, wellness centre is very basic but overall a really nice hotel great views over the water and a short walk to enjoyable nights at Cales Fonts"

"Pool is across the road but nice and relaxed. Staff were helpful, and answered all questions. Free shuttle to Punta Prima is worth using as well as the paid shuttle to Mahon. Private pool was not cleaned as much as we needed and our room smelt of mould/damp when the air con was off. Some facilities such as the shower, could do with updating."

"Great check-in, smooth, friendly and sharp. The hotel complex was clean and well maintained. There is a small supermarket on site which has most of the things you would need. Lots of families and kids, all well behaved! So it felt a nice atmosphere. Beautiful beach nearby approx 5 min walk with a couple of restaurants at either end of the beach. Apartment itself was nice and AC cooled, pre-equipped with pots and utensils, a dual hob, kettle, microwave, fridge freezer. The only issue was no oven, but the rest was adequate. Overall, we will be back!"

"I have never loved a hotel more. The staff are constantly trying to make sure you have the best day of your life. The facilities are gorgeous, the room is comfortable and clean, the food is amongst the best on the island and the spa is top notch. I absolutely loved my stay and I will come back! Special thanks to the concierge also who went above and beyond for me! Highly recommend"
