"Convenient, better than average airport hotel. Reliable transfer to terminals is included. Nice modern and spacious rooms. Staff were a little disinterested at check in but otherwise we had a short functional stay"

"Location is ideal for being in central Madrid. However the hotel is dated in terms of features and bedrooms We complained about the shower as the water was extremely hot and would then fluctuate with the pressure. Maintenance said there was nothing wrong. The WiFi didn’t work at times and there was no indication of when it would be restored. Lastly, there is not much sitting in the lobby and if you chose to sit around the hotel bar, just to rest or wait for other guests to join you, you must purchase something to be seated."

"Rude staff: The hotel's rooftop bar is open to the public and - by the staffs' own comments - have had issues with unpleasant "clientele" (not paying bar tabs, restaurant bill etc). You can expect to be interrogated by doormen whether you're actually staying at the hotel, be required to pay the food bill before you've even started eating and elbowed out of the way to restock the buffet breakfast. Rooftop bar: Food is genuinely awful, probably akin to a microwave meal. Any ambience is destroyed by tourists thrusting their camera over your shoulder to get a better photo of the view. It's also incredibly busy. Pool isn't open until June, so bear that in mind if that's a factor in choosing this hotel."

"Room and bed size are good, cleanliness 10/10, staff responsive and helpful. Spa is nice small pool and sauna , steam room was not working so didn’t get to try that. We had dinner at nobu that was overpriced and not worth it didnt enjoy the food (I do like Japanese food generally). However I don’t eat sushi or raw fish so this may be appreciated by those that do. When we arrived two of the bed slats were on the floor staff fixed the issue when we brought it to their attention. No issues after that with the bed. Good customer service. Hotel has a nice vibe. Would stay again and eat elsewhere."

"The hotel is situated in an excellent, central location and the rooftop terrace view was out of this world! The breakfast was exceptional…12/10! Saying that, couldn’t ever reach front desk, mould in the shower (ceiling and floor) and the paint was peeling in the shower, water sprays on the floor despite efforts to guide the shower head, and there were no face cloths. Lastly, only one English Channel on the tv and the light by the door is in the way when trying to open it for fresh air."

"Regarding breakfast, I think they should improve it; there's no variety at all, and the products aren't high quality. I don't think the staff at the front desk are adequately trained to handle any of the paperwork."
