They lent us umbrellas because it was raining. Walked us across the street in the dark to a waiting cab due to an early departure. No matter how trivial the question we asked they answered with a genuine smile. The hotel helped make our trip to Barcelona a memorable one."

Staff were very good and well-informed. But when amenities are minimal it’s a frustration if one of them, like the television for example, doesn’t work! "
