The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The parking facilities aren’t exactly part of the hotel building, but it was easy to access and use from within the hotel. "Was quiet and convenient, not too close to the city and not too far from it"

"We loved the proximity to the park but the whole experience was spoiled because each time any room turned on the tap, the pipework screeched like a call bell. This happens all night. Staff were very quick to help move us to a quiet floor and they were very obviously aware of the problem so I can't complain about the staff but the manager needs to sort out the problem."
