"Small room, no ammenities. Good location"

"Felt very at home in this leafy first floor apartment. Extremely close to the Astor Theatre. Communication re parking was a little unclear but we figured it out. Excellent for attending concerts and so on in St Kilda and surrounds."

"Great place to stay. Staff very friendly, apartment was cleaned daily, the building was spotless and we loved the little coffee shop. We went for breakfast every morning. Pool area was beautiful and the views across Albert Park were spectacular. If you’re a sun lover, there’s not enough sun beds for the amount of people staying. We didn’t let it bother us though. Had a great time. "

"The Cullen is a lovely hotel, it’s just starting to show signs of age and wear. The balcony that we paid extra to have was dirty, the furniture just an old cracked table and 2 dirty plastic chairs. The penthouse is so nice, it is a shame that there are cracked pavers on the balcony, some are raised and are a tripping hazard. It a sad to see the hotel not being maintained. "

"Pet friendly, walking distance to the Botanical gardens. Dinners and coffees close by, Quest is a Great clean place to stay so conveniently located. "

"In no world is this a 5 star hotel. It was a bit run down and cleanliness could definitely be improved. I would have been ok with it as-is as a 3 star hotel, but with the expectation of 5 stars, it was disappointing. "

"Room was ok. The complex is a motel, not appartments as advertised. I had a problem guest next door who was constantly arguing and slamming doors and riding a motorcycle around in front of the rooms. Some arguments were with motel staff. Went on all 3 nights I was there. Ruined my stay. "

"Amazing location. Staff very helpful and lovely and place was clean. Need to sort out the water pressure as opening the taps more than a tiny bit meant having an impromptu shower. Stayed in studio where there was a random supply of kitchen bits and bobs but it was ok for one person. Place is very tired and worn. Booked a room with a balcony but it was more of a closed in porch. If you're looking for a clean place that you're not doing much but sleeping in and want to be in the heart of at kilda...

"Room clean. Reported leaking tap in bathroom. Not dripping but continually running and unable to stop it. Couch comfortable. Bed comfortable but not stable. When partner turned over in his sleep the whole bed wobbled. Had a beautiful meal at Dad Vietnamese restaurant around the corner. Easy walk to Prahran train station "

"Room was in fair condition a few bits of furniture that were tatty. Beds were comfortable. Said it was a studio but more like a normal hotel bedroom just with a microwave and toaster as extra. No balcony although there was one outside the window which was connected to the room next door which was a bit weird as they could walk past our window and look in to our room. The staff were excellent very helpful. Not really close to anything beach was about a mile away only an Aldi next door"
