In the room the air conditioning, once so easy to operate has been changed, and is now complicated and unresponsive. Breakfast provision is outstanding, however, the service is not as good as it once was. Slow to clear tables and offer hot drinks, and the staff our not welcoming as we had become accustomed to from previous visits "

"Location of hotel in St Kilda was excellent. The Tolarno itself has an arty boutique feel. It looks a bit tired in places but if you can past that I would stay again. 2 mins walk to great Irish bar - Fifth Province. You need to go there."
