The grounds were delightful, and while the room was small, the design made it feel just right—cozy and well thought-out. "This is a great place to stay after long UK journal for us! Relax and enjoyable! Great location for a single day visit of University of Cambridge, and next morning leaving for London Heathrow Airport since it is just 2 minutes walk to the Cambridge train station. "Spent 2 nights at The Cricketers, had a lovely stay, our room was in The Pavilion annex, spacious room, lovely bathroom, spotlessly clean, comfy bed. We ate both evenings at the pub, the food was wonderful and very tasty. Breakfast was great, with a very good choice. The lady doing the breakfast service was brilliant, so efficient and friendly. Staff were very good, polite and helpful. Very enjoyable stay, we will be back. "
