"Wow!!! This old Palace turned hotel is amazing!!! The service was above first class in all areas. Property was lovely. Breakfast was huge and delicious. We did order a late afternoon meal at the bar area because the restaurant didn’t open til 7:30. we ordered hamburger with fries but it came with chips and we ordered the salad with out chicken. They sent to chicken which was very dry. Loved to walk along the water. We took a 1/2 day private tour of Porto highlights which was excellent "

"The property itself was beautiful, isolated from the hustling vessel of Porto, and very inviting. They provided four water taxis per day, which was convenient. They were one way into the city. The room was beautiful, but there was no storage in the bathroom, so you had to put your things away each day or look at them, which looks cluttered. "Fantastic family run hotel, quiet, clean and fresh, comfy bed, outside pool with plenty of space to relax. 20mins in a taxi into Porto centre. "

"The apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. Just some minor issues I can overlook like the doors to the balcony seem to be unbolted or unscrewed at the top and are about to fall over and the only way to secure it is by locking the doors. Also, if the curtains in the bedroom can provide more privacy. It's too see through for my liking. Everything else was excellent. "
