"Had an excellent stay for 3 nights. The hotel shared lots of information before our arrival. On arrival check-in was quick and offered to guide us on our stay in Porto. Our room was spacious, slightly unique was having two showers. Equipped with everything we really needed. "This is one of the best Hotels I stayed at in Europe. Quality of service was superb. Hotel was super clean a true 5 star experience. It’s 15 minutes away from the touristy area ( old town) but they have a water taxi that takes you there. It was like a free cruise experience in porto. "Excelente local para pernoitar, com conforto, bom serviço e acessibilidade. Das 3 noites, em 2 houve muito barulho durante a noite a ponto de perturbar o descanso. Mas assim como não escolhemos os vizinhos, um hotel também não pode escolher os clientes. É incompreensível que haja pessoas que às 3:00h da madrugada se comportem como se fosse 3:00h da tarde. "We loved this apartment in Porto! It was close to the Sao Bento train station (10 min walk), laundromat (3 minute walk), grocery store (5 min walk) and some great restaurants. Kyle was awesome for communication and always communicated in a timely manner. The apartment itself is really great- awesome kitchen and living room area. We loved the fact that they had a water filtration system on the second floor so we could always fill up our water bottles! We highly recommend! "
