"Room fab, great view over the river and southbank. Great size, very clean. All staff very friendly, esp Juan at reception. Got early access to the room. Roof terrace bar a great addition to our last stay. Close to shops, cafes and restaurants. Easy access to Southbank. Just a great place to stay."

"Enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Grand Hyatt Melbourne had some Expedia points to use thought I might spend a day and a night in the city. The hotel was perfectly located close to everything, very quiet I was a bit worried about the trams being so close outside but couldn't hear them at all, couldn't hear any internal noises either witch was great. The bed was comfortable thought the decor of the room had character really enjoyed my stay. Thankyou"
