Positives: - friendly staff - breakfast was good - great location - spacious room - comfy bed - gym was a nice feature To be improved: - bed sheet was stained with pink all over it (under duvet). Hotel did change this promptly when I raised it but not sure how that happened in first place. - there were also items including a lighter, 50c coin and a black object under the bed from previous guests…. Negatives: - although the room was spacious it was exceptionally dark / facing a building with no natural light. Overall I am happy for the price I paid and for the amount of space / breakfast etc which was included.

Its location is great for us to go anywhere by city free Tram 35. Just by a Train station, it’s quite convenient! Equipped with a perfect kitchen, dining area and big TV, we do enjoy the stay here. Especially the staffs provided great service and we feel warm caring. Definitely we will make it our priority choice to stay!

Very strategic location, across the road fr Flagstaff train & tram stations. Also within walking distance from Queen Victoria Market. The room was spacious and clean. However the door to the bathroom doesn't have a latch. Otherwise very good.

General speaking it’s good place to stay in Melbourne, good location, clean room with many amenities. But it’s not like regular hotel that the room will clean every day.
