Amazing location and apartment features! Eugenia greeted us on arrival and was friendly, welcoming and informative. Apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. Location was central to experience Melbourne. Highly recommended 👍

I phoned as stated 3/4 hour before arriving at the property so that i would be met in the foyer as they did not have a reception desk. No one replied to the phone call but a recorded message to send a text.

The apartments where very nice, happy with them, but the customer service was disgusting, the girl wasn't very helpful, just kepted saying, if you don't do this we will cancel your rooms, she told me this 4 times plus and even sent me a email saying this. In stead of trying to sort the problem, she was rude and aragumentive. Needs more training or the sack. The man was very helpful.

We had a 50th floor apartment with amazing views of the Yarra and the city. The apartment was well maintained, clean and very comfortable. It is in the perfect location for enjoying everything Melbourne has to offer.

Fantastic location. Easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, NVG art gallery, etc. Very clean and comfortable. Easy to communicate with staff, who were very friendly.

I like the view, the location and the lay out of the apartment. I did not like the water in the shower. It is hard to adjust to the temperature of the water in the shower and the water flow is not strong enough.

The apartment location was amazing. However, the apartment we stayed in did not look like the pictures as it was a different apartment. Also we discovered upon check in that we could not use any of the hotel facilities as we were not long stay residents. This was not indicated anywhere at all when booking and we were very disappointed as we were looking forward to utilising these.

Good apartment but poor customer service
Arriving at night, the process was weird with no dedicated reception and I was turned away by the building concierge and after an hour of wandering around the area trying to find the place I was looking for, I came back and insisted on entry so not what you want being tired at 11pm after a flight. Then I was told that the company couldn’t respond to my queries til business hours two days later as their office was unattended on weekends. So my mistake for not realising it was not a hotel setup. Even during my stay, some of the building concierges were unfriendly asking me brusquely if I was in the wrong building. The apartment itself was well located and well furnished although the shower recess was unclean.

Size of property was good, it was well laid out with excellent finishes and fittings. The quality of the apartment overall was higher than most four star hotels. The lack of amenities however made it feel a little less special.

The views were breath taking and it was so quiet, right in the heart of the City. No need for car or public transport for me. I walked everywhere as it is so central to everything that is great about Melbourne. Will be back again, and again and again.

AMAZING views, Spacious suite, Excellent Service!
To get the 2 bedroom with floor to ceiling corner windows you need to request it...level 50 suite 8. The views were breath taking! Perfect for a relaxing getaway. Blockout blinds in the bedroom, spa SEPERATE bath, full kitchen & laundry were terrific. Even a balcony & a study! Staff were amazing to deal with from beginning to end, and meeting conceige easy. Terrific value for money in a prime location. Walking distance to DFO (along boardwalk 20min), City via footbridge & pedistrian access 10-15 min, and multiple places to eat, Village cinema @ Crown & Melb Convention & Exhibition Centre 15-20min walk. All flat...or get an Eco-Cab! Suite was clean, and laid out nicely. Towels & toiletries provided. Only thing was the bed a little too firm, and could hear traffic & helicopters up to midnight and after 5am...even from way up there! But that is being fussy. Walls from other suites were soundproof. Be lucky to find anything this amazing for the same price anywhere! Thank you :)

Spacious Appartment in the CBD
My family and I (husband and 2 kids under 5) had a nice stay at Eureka Tower. The appartment had plenty of space and lovely views. I probably wouldn’t recommend it for young families though as it had quite a cold (un-family esk type vibe), as it’s a residential appartment building. That said, it would be ideal for older groups, visiting the city and wanting shared accommodation given the size of the appartment. The check-in process was a little strange, again due to the fact it’s a residential appartment building. 30 mins prior and again upon arrival, we had to phone a lady, who met us at a car park enterence, she then walked us to the underground parking spot before escorting us up stairs to our room to go through the check-in process. The other little thing, which was disappointing for our kids was the swimming pool (as shown in the photos on Wotif) was not available for us to use as only people staying longer than 28 nights have access.

Perfect location, very spacious (bigger than the photos show!). Great shower! Washer/Dryer so handy - full kitchen with full-size fridge just brilliant if you're staying longer than a few days and want to cook for yourself. Highly recommended.

This is our second stay here. We love Eureka Apartments. Fantastic views, position and spacious rooms. Such great value for money. I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else on Southbank.

We loved our stay at the eureka apartments on Southbank. The position was perfect, as was the apartment and the spectacular views of the city. We couldn’t have asked for anything more wonderful. The only negative for our whole weekend was the check in system. It has no reception which we were fully aware of, but we had to sit out side for half an hour waiting for someone to meet us and after that had issues with our car parking They had forgot to book us a spot which led us to park on a different level to our apartment. Inconvenient for the designated apartment we took the spot from but meant we had to exit the building every time we needed our car. While it wasn’t a smooth check in, the quality of our stay far outweighed any inconvenience.

No Service, took credit card picture, Big scam!!
This place is a complete scam, called a service apartment where there is no service, no basic amenities - NO toothbrush, Milk, cleaning. Basically you are on your own once you have entered the apartment. Firstly you can only enter the apartment if you let them take your credit card picture with CVV no. From the back. Which made me really uncomfortable. Called the apartment manager multiple times with no help. Even Wotif guys could not arrange a call back from them. Overall just pay for the location and get your card scammed!!

Milk, tea, coffee, sugar, kitchen dishwashing tablets, laundry tablets, shampoo, conditioner and soap are all provided. You have the right to decline a photo being taken from our mobile concierge of your credit card, however a credit card number must be provided for any incidentals that may occur. Your credit card has not being scammed by our company. You have only being charged the amount of the accommodation and any additional extras that you may have purchased such as car parking or wi-fi.

False Advertising
Booked this hotel specifically because it has a photo of a decent gym. It is not mentioned anywhere on the website that you need to stay 28 days or more to have access to the gym. Falsely advertised. You are also not informed upfront of the cost of parking which is $30.00 a night. I believe this is excessive for this area. Also upon checking out, you need to drive your car out of the parking area, park in the streets and then return upstairs to your room and leave the keys, very inconvenient. Location is close to restaurants and the Casino. Room is average for the price. Not the best in it's price range.
