"The hotel was very pleasant. Check-in was smooth and the room was clean and spacious.
However, upon check-in, the television was on with the Langham introduction addressing me as Mr. despite my booking being for a female guest. This was an unacceptable oversight.
I lodged a complaint after the second night and the issue was rectified.
Apart from the hotel, the pool was underwhelming and was also very crowded. The highlight was the room and the attractive entrance decorated for Easter."

"Clean and tidy in both rooms and common areas with some lovely decorations up for Easter. Buffet breakfast had a good selection available and the chef was friendly and also happy to also cook omelette for guests if requested.
The lifts are painfully slow even though there are 2 banks of lifts - it’s like it needs to power on each time you press the button. "

House keeping neglected to refill tea bags, milk & toilet tissue which was annoying.
Air conditioning was great to have but noisy.
In saying this, we would still be ok with staying there again."
