It has a grandma charm about it and a lot of history. It’s a Melbourne icon. The high high ceilings are wonderful and luxurious. The staff were friendly and very approachable. The VIP extras from Expedia were a nice bonus. It would have been good if these had been reiterated by the staff on checkin. ...
The team we’re really friendly and the hotel is in a great location. Fantastic buffer breakfast and an amazing view of the skyline from the pool.
The Mansion is a stunning place - beauitful building and grounds, lovely pool, staff were friendly and helpful. Only disappointment was that the hotel interior is looking a bit tired - carpet looking old and paintwork worn/damaged.
The young man on the front desk was lovely and able to check us in early so we could go off to see a show. Lovely big clean room with a superbly comfortable bed with luxurious sheets. Very happy.

Enjoyed views and room. Great staff. Great location.
Stayed in grand deluxe garden view and it was a nice and very quiet room, soundproofing was excellent. Had to contact reception to ask for amenities normally found in other hotels of this price per night. Arrived early and we were allowed an early check-in (had to wait a couple of hours but ok). ...
Extra touches, attention to detail and outstanding service.
