We were upgraded to a beautiful suite, bed was comfortable and we appreciated the extra space with a kitchenette, desk, couch and small dining table in the room! Would definitely stay again and was very short walk to the Casino / Southern Cross station and makes the whole city accessible

This is a beautiful building with spacious and comfortable rooms. Although it is right next to the railways it is very quiet. I always try to stay here when I am in Melbourne.They always look after me well.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Grand. Great location with easy access to train stations and trams. Staff were friendly. The heated pool was a bonus. The restaurant served fabulous Indian food in the evening and the Grain Store in Flinders Lane, that they recommended for breakfast, was superb. Definitely will stay there again.
