We got room 905. Perfect with an ocean view. The place was great. Big, walk in shower, Netflix tv, great water view. Big kitchen with comfy couches and the deck view was awesome.

Great location with beautiful sunset views. The free Melbourne tram runs right outside the building & we were able to explore all of downtown Melbourne easily, with no need for Uber or taxi. Also really convenient to have a staffed office just across the street for any questions or necessities.

Apartment in Docklands
This apartment was really handy to everything especially to tram stops & Southern Cross Train station, fantastic view from the room, plenty of space, easy check in & check out! Strongly recommend for couple wanting a a few days in Melbourne, has an indoor pool too

We stayed in the Palladio apartment, the factilities were excelllent and the size was perfect for us (3 adults,2 teenagers) with easy access to trams. Hosts were wonderful and great communication. We'll be back!

Great location with trams, shopping and restaurants all close by. We had a three bedroom apartment which was very spacious and a balcony that overlooked the water which had a large dining table too. Apartment clean. Parking easy. Staff friendly and easy to communicate with. Would stay again

Absolutely brilliant property. The apartment was perfect for my sister and I; so spacious, modern and perfectly located. Bed was very comfy, loved the balcony too. The ladies at reception were lovely and I appreciated the email a few days out with the parking instructions. Wish we could’ve had longer here. This will definitely be my go to next time I’m in Melbourne!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with our 3 young children. It was the perfect location for all our activities. Walking distance to The District Docklands, where there were lots of activities in for the school holidays. The rooms were spacious and clean. A few things could do with an upgrade or fix, but that’s me just being overly picky. It was a great stay and we all felt very comfortable and safe in the apartment. My only suggestion would be to have a better internal door locking system so young children don’t have easy access to the balcony (my almost 3yo was able to unlock the sliding door with ease). But other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

The Apartment was convenient to the tram which was a plus. The TV in the bedroom had a note on it saying it does not work. The biggest downfall was that the couch did not have legs so it was very close to the floor which made it very difficult to get up off it.

We had an absolutely fabulous stay. The room was excellent and the view magnificent. We loved the little art pieces and decoration of the unit. It felt just like home and not just a rental accomodation. The staff were incredibly friendly. The apartment was in a great spot -quiet but very easy to get around the city. It is a new favourite spot to stay!

Excellent location. Close to shops, restaurants and tram. Fabulous view of the city and Docklands. Mattresses need to be replaced in all bedrooms Bathrooms need a very good clean. An additional fan for the 3rd bedroom would be good. Kitchen is well provisioned

Great location, very accomodating and gave us late check out because we had a baby with us. However, the oven didn’t work properly and there was no plug for the kitchen or bathroom sink which made things a little difficult.

In regards to parking you may have missed it on the Expedia website where it says:Parking and transportation Self parking on site (AUD 20 per night; includes in/out privileges) Height restrictions apply for onsite parking Limo/town car service
