"Super clean, nice view"

"I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Boston Logan Airport Chelsea and unfortunately, the experience was just average overall. There were several noticeable deferred maintenance issues in our room (took photos of them all) that made the stay feel less than expected for a Hilton brand hotel. The biggest issue was the air conditioning unit in our room-it was extremely loud and ran constantly for all three nights, which significantly impacted our sleep. Cleanliness was also a concern. Upon arrival, we found a hair on the bed sheets, which immediately made us question the attention to detail in housekeeping. That said, there were a few positives. The bed itself was very comfortable, the signature warm cookies were a nice touch, and the airport shuttle service was convenient and appreciated. However, given the overall experience, I will have to rethink staying here during my next visit to Boston in May. I do regret not choosing one of the neighboring hotels, especially those that include breakfast, which would have added more value to the stay. "

"Property is a bit rundown. Decor looks relatively nice, but small holes in curtains and upholstery. Crumbs on dresser. It’s in what appears to be a low rent warehouse or Industrial area. Directly on a busy street and very noisy. The property itself was noisy until the early morning hours. I may have just hit a bad night and normally, I mostly write great reviews, but the quality I experienced vs. the rating shown is highly suspect. I wasn’t impressed. "

"Small boutique hotel directly off the avenue. Lobby is small , but aesthetically furnished. Front desk staff were very personable except one female, which is why they probably gave her night shift. 😁 She wasn’t terrible, but her disposition didn’t appear very approachable Rioms wwre super small with queen beds Bed was comfortable. Room would have benefited having a fridge or microwave. Hotel did have a microwave in basement as well as I’ve machine, but u had to travel in basement to use. They provide u 2 bottles of free water daily, which also was a plus. Hotel located by 24hr store which was great for snacks . They charge $28 a day for valet parking, but street parking nxt to hotel was easily use and accessible. Overal 7 of 10"

"The hotel has many areas that are in disrepair. The entire hotel smelled terrible. We walked into our hotel room and there was garbage on the floor. The towels are old and thin. It was bad."
