In my case, as I usually travel for specific purposes such as dental appointments, visits to shopping centers, or dining in El Poblado staying here allows me to return easily and always feel safe. The hotel’s restaurants are exceptional, the service is outstanding, and the rooms are impeccably maintained. I highly recommend it. In general, “paisas” are incredibly polite, warm, and always ready to provide excellent service"

"Beautiful hotel, nicely combined with nature. Rooms are comfortable, stall is very friendly, service and food were excellent. My only critic is that although rooms are very large and comfortable, they lack storage space such as drawers to put your clothes, bathroom was very large but just have a mirror, sink and toilet. No shelves, cabinet for personal items and no towel racks for hand or face. Rooms are very dim lighted so difficult for women to have an adequate place for makeup."
