"El hotel está muy céntrico, cerca de todo. Fácil para conseguir restaurantes, discotecas, cafés, farmacias y tiendas. Calle Flora está en el centro de todo. El diseño de los ventanales en flor que se pueden cerrar es un espectáculo. El desayuno bien organizado y delicioso. Volveremos!"

"The breakfast was great every morning the rooftop restaurant also had some delicious food and drink. The location of the hotel is nice felt very safe - was disappointed there was no spa at the hotel as advertised. I tried to get a therapist to come to me but the front desk would only recommend a spa that I’d have to take a taxi too - luckily my local tour guide arranged for someone to come to me."

"I would like to thank the entire hotel staff for making our vacation an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was excellent. The hotel was impeccably clean, located in a very safe and quiet area, and within walking distance of many outstanding restaurants. The food at the hotel was spectacular, and the service at both the restaurant and the bar was outstanding. Every staff member was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. I would like to give special recognition to Freddy, who provided exceptional service from day one. He was always happy to offer recommendations, answer our questions, and greeted us every day with a warm smile, making us feel truly welcome. I would also like to thank Christian, Camila, and Edwin at the front desk for their kindness, professionalism, and outstanding service throughout our stay. A very special thank you to Tatiana from the tours and excursions department. She helped us arrange our tours and provided exceptional service, making our experience in the city even more enjoyable. Finally, thank you to Mariana and Salomé at the spa for their warmth, professionalism, and excellent service. They made our spa visit a truly relaxing and memorable experience. Without a doubt, this was an amazing experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Medellín, and I will definitely stay here again on my next trip."
