"The apartment(s) itself were clean and nicely furnished. However, once we opened the sleeper sofa, the mattress was disgusting. Full of stains. The towels in the bathroom(s) were so dirty that we called the manager on duty to complain about both issues. We were moved to another unit and the situation was just as bad.
