"You should provide free parking for guests. The supposed free outdoor parking was a crummy gravel lot that was far away. Absolutely nothing in the kitchen for cooking, we had to ask for dishes. They said they didn't provide toasters until I told them it was in the Expedia listing, then they did find one. Nice hotel but basic customer service."

"Beautiful rural location, quiet, peaceful, and private. Hot tub was clean warm and secluded wonderful view of wild deer roaming property as you soak in hot tub. Easy access to downtown Victoria and all the city has to offer. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Would not hesitate to book this wonderful BnB again. "Great view from room. You can see ferries going in a distance as well as the Malahat to Victoria. On clear days you can see Vancouver and the Washington coast. Seen deer eating on the property. Very clean and quiet."

"Enjoyed my stay. It was a bucket list item! It was clean! It was quiet. There are robes and I love dark towels! The bed is warm with a firm mattress. At home I have a 4 inch memory foam topper, so a firm mattress was a very different sleep for me. My favorite was having a seal swim by as I was having my morning coffee! "Hotel location, staff, and cleanliness on point. I was aware there was a daily fee for parking, however what wasn’t made clear intol we checked in, is the paid parking is valet service only. In & out privileges accessible but you have to call each time for valet to get your car. "

"My family’s favorite hotel for vacations! It’s a great hotel with friendly staff, beautiful views, and many tourist attractions within walking distance. Plenty of buses nearby, so it’s very convenient to get around. Very enjoyed the breakfast — the dining hall is spacious and classy."
