We were let back in to our rooms after an hour, after all the rooms were checked. After I got back to my room after being out all afternoon, I found a gift bag in my room with a beautiful note of apology for the disruption. In my opinion, the staff went over and above"

"This property was AMAZING!! From the view, to the staff, to even the great little blue truck selling coffee and ice cream was great. The room even had a record player with cool vinyls ready to play like Beach Boy’s Pet Sounds and Bob Marley’s greatest hits. How cool! The property was clean and looked like it was recently renovated with some modern touches. Another great perk if you have kids, they had fire pits on the beach they lit every night. One night my daughter asked if they were going to light the fires so she could cook s’mores, but unfortunately it was too windy and unsafe too and knowing she was sad to hear the news they gave her a bag of chocolate, marshmallows and graham crackers to eat in her room. That just made her night! Thank you so much Tides! Nobody would be disappointed to stay here. The only down side, if there is really one, is we would have wished the bathroom was like a foot bigger. "The location couldn't have been more convenient. I was looking for a hotel that was in the center of everything on Main Street, as well as a short walk to Hyannis Harbor. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was pristine. The bathroom was a bit small, but worked. The water pressure was strong, which was appreciated. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. "

"Second time staying at the Hyannis Inn. Quiet property, with standard rooms with the pluses being large rooms, great AC and the location. Walking distance to Main Street of Hyannis and an easy drive elsewhere. Pool and hot tub can get crowded, but it’s still nice to have available. All staff especially at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. Will be coming back again our next time in Hyannis. "
