"I would not stay here again. The villa smelled musty, and there was something living in the ceiling - possibly a large lizard. There were three buildings behind the locked gate of my "villa," each with a bedroom/bathroom combo, and one with living area and kitchen with an upstairs balcony that was open to the elements - bugs, mosquitos, critters. I reserved a one bedroom with private pool. The living area and kitchen were located in another building, as mentioned above, and I did not use it. Before bed one night, there was a large scuffle in the ceiling above my bed, so I clapped loudly and knocked on the ceiling in hopes that the critters would scurry off. Then another night a couple "house" lizards on the ceiling woke me up with the glass-tapping noise they make, so I scared them off, and then I (kinda of) slept with the lights on. The hotel provided a buggy ride to the restaurant at the beach, which was easy enough to request via WhatsApp. Breakfast was buffet style. I noticed a DJ at the restaurant in the evenings, but I never stayed late, and I could hear the party from my villa. Staff were friendly and helpful. But I was not satisfied with the quality/condition of the property."

"The staff are incredible and made my stay perfect. Adi was great to work with and very helpful. I scheduled a tour with Eri and it was my favorite tour ever. I asked him so many questions and we had a wonderful conversation about Bali culture. He will work with you know on how to personalize the schedule. And more importantly, he is so funny. The rooms and facilities are beautiful. The restaurant is good. I did not want to leave!"

"They stole my jewelry. I called and they said they would call back and didn’t. Called them 10 plus times. I would not stay here and if you do, DO NOT LET THEN IN YOUR ROOM AND DO NOT BRING ANYTHING OF VALUE!!!!! MATTER OF FACT DO NOT STAY THERE!!! Terrible communication and service. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!"

"Everything about my stay here was absolute perfection. The staff were absolutely amazing, extremely helpful, and made my stay wonderful. My room was absolutely amazing, with one of the biggest beds I’ve ever seen. The facilities within the room and the bathroom were brilliant, with a fridge full of soft drinks, which were replenished every single day. Everything was extremely clean, and I cannot fault a single thing. Communication here is exceptional, with your own private WhatsApp group chat with staff for a turndown service, transport to Ubud, and anything you might need during your stay. I most certainly hope I have the opportunity to stay here in the not so distant future. Thank you for making my stay so wonderful."
