First and foremost, I would like to mention the great deal I got on a room with a mini kitchenette. Secondly, I had arrived quite early prior to check-in (10:30a.m - check-in is at 3:00p.m) and inquired as to if my room might available early. The front office staff member kindly checked on my reservation and notified me that an early check in was possible. I was ecstatic especially after waking up early for travel. Lastly during the entire duration of my stay every staff member was so helpful. I even found myself in need of the computer and printer downstairs and found it to be easily accessible and operable. I would highly recommend staying at La Quinta Inn in Marysville.

It is very convenient for shopping and close to Tulalip casino. Young guy at front desk very friendly. Three of us and no one had access to the free WiFi. The mini fridge wasn’t working so had to pull it out to plug into another outlet.

We were upset to find there was no wifi. We checked in late that night and clerk said to follow instructions on card for wifi. We have stayed before and were aware. We couldn’t get on but too tired to deal with it. Next morning we get told it was down for a week so far. If we had known would have checked emails somewhere else. Had to pay for it with our plan. Not impressed

When I arrived, the receptionist told me that their wifi was not working, which seriously I conveniences me as I had been planning on doing work that required wifi while there. I had not been informed previously and was not offered any sort of discount. The facilities themselves were clean and good quality. Th temperature of the room was good and the AC was pretty quiet while providing some gentle white noise. However, late at night when I was trying to sleep, the TV in the room next door was so loud that it was shaking the wall and keeping me up. This was around 1am. I tried calling the front desk to ask what could be done about this and no one answered even after I tried several times. I knocked twice on the door of the next room to ask them to turn it down but no one answered. So I went down to the front desk in my pajamas. No one was at the desk so I rang the bell and someone appeared from the back. I explained to her the situation and asked if there was anything that could be done. She said nonchalantly, “Well, I guess I could check on them.” I told her I’d greatly appreciate that. About ten minutes later the noise seemed to decrease so I believe she did follow through and I was very appreciative. However, this whole situation made what I had expected to be a relaxing stay much less so.

The room was very spacious and clean! Parking lots in the front and back made it easy to park close to the room. There is a lot of food in walking distance and a huge outdoor shopping mall right down the road. It was a quiet and cozy stay.

It was a great spot for us to rest while being in the area for shopping. Unfortunately the front desk wasn't overly friendly and no one we saw with housekeeping spoke english. Due to the small size and lack of extras, we were requesting an extra pillow or two. Over 48 hours, four times asking and no one could help. The hotel wasn't sold out so it just seemed obvious a staff member could have grabbed some pillows from an empty room for us and solved the problem?
