"Staff was very friendly and engaging. We arrived early and they stored our luggage so we could go to lunch and do some shopping. Brought our luggage up to our room upon our return. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel location was great. Access to a lot of food and shopping options. "

The riu plaza the bed was very comfortable and the floor was very quiet the breakfast was very good with a variety of stuff to eat the only thing they didn't have was any turkey bacon or turkey sausage I brought my own with me and the staff was very nice to warm it up I would stay at the riu when I come again the staff was very pleasant and friendly I asked about the microwave and was told why there is no microwave in the room I feel it should be put back into certain rooms if not all this is just my opinion if you are a member of the riu plaza the discount that you get for being a member should also be applied to the microwave once again just my opinion thank you naomi "
