"Great location to get to Martha’s Vineyard, and the facility itself was immaculate. Even though we arrived later than we expected, due to traffic, the staff was very helpful in making sure we could have access to our room when we got there. We are definitely going to stay there again."
"1- cleaning room but the towels stained although they change the towels every day
2- staff are friendly but they don't fill the soup dispenser
3- the breakfast is not good no variety the same scrambled egg and waffles only every day no change
4- they are very friendly but they saw that I had a lot of heavy bags eventhough they put me on the second far away from the reception with no elevators"
"Overall our stay was really great and I would come back again. The staff was great and helpful! The bathroom is really the only place that I didn’t ’like’. We stayed in an airstream and it just could have been a little cleaner. I understand we are ‘camping’ but the windows in the bathroom were pretty gross. They definitely could have used a good wipe down from the inside to clear the dead bugs and debris. It wasn’t a huge issue and I didn’t even bring it up to the staff just something I noticed....
"The property has a wonderful beach and smart, helpful, friendly staff. The lobby and swimming pool seem to have been recently renovated and are okay. Our room, however, was old, tired, and coming apart. I don't know if renovated rooms are available, but ours was certainly not one. The "view" was actually laughable -- our window was less than 4 feet from the wall of the ajoining building. I've never experienced anything like this in my many years of traveling.
