"The Hotel ran out of tourist map. Not the best start for a tourist not speaking Turkish. We were assigned a room that has drainage issue with the shower bath tub. Our shower took longer than usual bcos we had to pause the showering water to avoid flooding the bathroom. Still, the bathroom floor was very wet after. We requested for a change of room & they responded quickly & changed our room after breakfast the next morning. Other than this blemish, other aspect of the hotel was fine. Although,...

"Rooms were spacious, clean, well furnished. Many hotel amenities including turkish bath, massage, and sauna. Breakfast was okay. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and wouldn’t mind booking it again for a future visit to Istanbul."
