The window only opens a tiny amount, so there was no way to cool it down properly. We asked for the heating to be turned off, and the staff member did do that, but the radiator still seemed to be on — just slightly less hot. Because of this, we couldn’t sleep. "the hotel itself was great, staff were very helpful. They could do with installing double glazing in the building however, as it got quite noisy early in the morning given how close traffic / heavy lorries pass to the hotel. We were in the top floor, but were still woken up by it early doors!"
