"Host was RUDE!! Water park was not functional so they sent us to "sister hotels" to their water park and it wasn't functional. The water in the rooms did not get hot AT ALL. Cold showers for everyone! There was a random man walking down the sidewalks with a knife!! Ocean racape is actoss the street from the hotel that you have to check in at. I do not recommend staying here. The only good thing was yhe size of the pool at a sister hotel. You have to drive to the sister hotel to swim. "

"We stayed here last year & it was AMAZING! Everything was PERFECT! Perhaps we were expecting too much this year. This yr, we were not in the same room. The room was over a different part of the brewery. Last year, Idk if the room we had was recently renovated or what but it was Immaculate. We knew it was over a brewery and expected some noise of patrons / restraunt workers, but there was none, last yr. This year, the room we had was not as pristine. Minor cosmetic things like, damaged/missing...
