"I usually don't complain about stays. We booked an oceanfront room, but got stuck on first floor at the bar. Couldn't even see the ocean from our oceanfront room. Other visitors were complaining. Two sets of folks who have timeshares there said they have been promised hotel upgrades to no avail for several years and they said the indoor pool had been closed for a long time. No mention of that on the ad. One lady I spoke with said she had asked for toilet tissue for the bathroom at the pool for 3...

"First of all the room was very small It looks much bigger online the bedroom doesn’t even have a door no privacy whatsoever. The door to the balcony does not even lock, but it was a clean room. The pools had trash in them. There’s nowhere to park. You have to park across the road then there are homeless people all around your vehicles at night would not recommend Bluewater resort to anyone."

"We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was nice… the location is close proximity to the beach, shopping areas and nice restaurants. The facilities on the site was really nice. Good that they had a playground swimming pool included a kiddy pool in which my daughter enjoyed and the hot tub all three were very clean I would say to be mindful of the bed linens and that they’re not stained and checked prior to guest arrival. I had to wash our sheets before we use them because there was red dots on...
