"El hotel está en una zona conveniente y con acceso a servicios y zonas comerciales cómodas. Las instalaciones ya requieren de una renovación y de poner más énfasis en la limpieza y el mantenimiento (durante mi estancia tuvimos la visita de tres cucarachas). El staff de recepción mandó a fumigar pero no se resolvió el problema en su totalidad."

The more formal option dining room “Andrea” did provide beautiful options all day and interesting theme nights. I can still taste a pasta dish with lamb on Sicilian Night!!"

"I've been to this hotel many times and previously loved it, due to the location, but especially because of the service. This time, the entire feeling was different. The service was very poor. Staff were actually rude at times. Just one example- We waited in the Sports Bar for over an hour after ordering our food with the waiter telling us, the food would be coming out soon. After an hour, he finally admitted that the chef had just arrived, because they didn't actually open until 1:30pm? "

"The room was really nice. We had a sitting area and a bar area with coffee and microwave. The bed was absolutely perfect, so comfortable! The breakfast was pretty good but I must say the coffee was not very good but you can get cappuccino or lattes which might be better. The service was great by all staff members. The pool deck is fabulous! We would recommend staying here."
