Before I even arrived, they sent over an invaluable welcome manual that covered everything from how to access the property to how to use the appliances and get connected to the Wi-Fi, which made settling in super easy.
On the day of my arrival, my car broke down, and I was delayed. The host was incredibly kind and understanding, didn’t rush me at all, and later checked in to make sure I was okay and had arrived safely. That level of care really meant a lot.
The apartment itself was spotless, exactly as described, and very comfortable. I also appreciated the heads-up about parking. She let me know street parking was available at a fixed day rate price and helped arrange the permit ahead of arrival, which saved me a lot of money and hassle. When I told the host about the car issues, she asked for the new plate number and swapped the car details at no extra cost.
