"The hotel is really nice, well located in the center of Ollantaytambo, and easy to walk to other places, including the train station. It was under renovations when we got there, so the restaurant wasn’t available, but they sent breakfast to our room, it was a little loud during the day. "The staff was FANTASTIC! There was always someone at the lobby, 24/7 and everyone was always smiling and willing to help.
The rooms were clean, the beds were cozy and warm (with an extra blanket!), the wifi was quite good, although there were moments it wasn’t loading. The hotel was very well located! It was near the main square and many restaurants.
The breakfast was quite complete, I just wish there had been a few more gluten free options, but there were a few good options to pick from:)
Also the staff packed us a breakfast for when our excursion left at 4am, which was so kind of them!
I unfortunately suffered from altitude sickness and the staff was very understanding and helpful, they instantly called over a doctor and when I was sick again the next day, they provided an oxygen tank. I am really appreciative of their help and kindness:)
