"I highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay after trekking or touring the Maras salt mines, the Sacred Valley, or Machu Picchu. We stayed here after our four-day trek on the Inca Trail. "Just phenomenal. Everything about this place is wonderful. Staff is easy to communicate with. The attention to detail is so appreciated. It's so clean and quiet. "The location and property were good. Communications was poor. We had to wait long periods of time for an answer. Be aware that water doesn’t get to the showers or toilet during the day. They use a tank and the recommendation is to use the showers at night or until 8 am. Overall we were a little disappointed with the property. "

"Beautiful hotel in the middle of Yucay, staff was for the most part very friendly, just one time we encountered an unfriendly waiter during our dinner service. Breakfast was amazing!! A lot of options including an egg station. There was a wedding during our stay which made it noisy that one night but other than that, great stay"
