"We absolutely loved our stay at the Altitude Krystal Grand!! We did the Altitude upgrade ( highly recommend) and everything was outstanding. The staff, conceige, greeters, security, housekeeping, wait staff, bar tenders, entertainment crew ( Marco, Daniela, Luis, Juan, Estephanie, just to name a few ) Drinks were yummy and constantly flowing, good was great. But mostly it was the people that made this trip so fantastic. We met aome of the nicest people ( staff and guests), some who we now consder friends. I will say, we hadn't stayed at an all inclusive for many years as we usually do condo rentals, so weren't sure what to expect. Such a great choice. We will definitely be back. "We stayed at this amazing hotel for 2 weeks. The rooms was spotless the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We were able to sit on the second floor swimming pool deck and watch the whales. The pool is small but still very refreshing. This is a very quiet hotel so relaxing. It is not far from all the activities you will want to do and see. We mainly took the public transit to many of our adventures. Shout out to BETTY! Betty is the receptionist and will help in any way possible with her beautiful smile. Thank you Betty for making our stay that much better"

"Room was the best serviced room I have ever had on vacation. Trash was emptied twice daily and always fresh towels and bed turndown nightly. The property was incredibly well kept and covered for sun loungers washed and changed every night. "
