"The room was great ! Amazing location , we were able to walk everywhere! Building Entrance could use some updating, very dark and dingy but once you enter the hotel on floor 2 it’s nice and clean. Work being done to the outside of the building meant that we had no view from the balcony"

"Hôtel impeccable. Très propre, le personnel très sympathique. Les chambres sont grandes avec une belle salle de bain et une grande douche. L’hôtel est très bien situé...nous avons tout fait à pied. Il y a une rue piétonne pour ceux qui veulent faire du shopping et vous êtes à 10mn de la Grande Via. Petit déjeuner continental simple...avec une bonne tortillas 😁. Bref c'était parfait !! "

"This was my second visit and I highly recommend it. The women who work at the front desk are very friendly and helpful, showing you points of interest on the map. The room was clean, and with the windows closed, you couldn't hear any outside noise. The breakfast was good, varied, and fresh, and the staff was attentive to your needs. The location is super convenient."

"This property is conveniently located right on Gran Vía in Madrid — close to everything you could possibly need. Despite the vibrant hustle and bustle of the city outside, the hotel feels comfortable and cozy, offering a nice retreat to rest. The lobby is quite small and can feel a bit crowded at times, and the sofa bed did not smell amazing. However, these were minor details and did not affect our overall experience. Overall, a great place to stay in the heart of Madrid!"

"Great room with great view of the square. Room was big with lots of space. Short walk to Gran Via. Close to restaurants, shopping and sites to see. Would stay there again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Madrid. "
