"We had an apartment in the new building, main door (a sliding door) was broken and could not close properly, no shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, there was sewer stench around the property (it may be the overall area because we sensed it in the restaurant next door too). Cons: on a super steep hill, elevators are 3 person max, our bathroom couldve used some maintenance, the "king" bed rooms do NOT have king beds. They are queens turned sideways so our feet hung off the bed all night."
