"We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was air conditioned, with a small kitchen that included a refrigerator, plates, utencils, microwave oven, ect. We also had a nice balcony with a table and chairs and a view of the ocean. We had breakfast every day at the restaurant on the premises and also had lunch there once. "Clean small rooms in a well-kept hostel. The staff were great especially Oscar, who greeted us heartily each time he saw us. Complimentary breakfast was tasty and filling. You can't beat the price, especially when you can walk 5 minutes to the beach."

"Staff were so polite and helpful - the hike down to the beach is amazing, I wouldn’t say it’s expert level, maybe moderate at most if you’re used to walking trails in any part of the world. Lots of little ants in the sink in the room but you need to expect bugs when in CR! The monkeys really only care to come close if you have food on the balcony. We saw all three species of monkeys in CR from our balcony it was awesome. Overall an excellent experience."
