"I love this apartment! It was so clean and conveniently located right downtown. Walking distance from everything including mototpoint arena. Very comfortable and private. I love the added security to enter in the building and tour apartment. The walls are very sound proof and i didn't hear any of my neighbors. I regret not spending a longer stay in nottingham. "Excellent studio apartment with all the facilities you'd need for a short stay, in a clean, modern building and at a great price. Great central location and good for trams, especially if travelling to Tramlines festival. Lots of extra facilities in building like a laundry room which was very useful. "Prices were very low and safe. There is a fast food restaurant nearby, which is convenient. Note that there was shampoo and soap, but no amenities such as hairdryers or toothbrushes. No air-conditioning, which can be a bit painful in hot weather. Heat can easily build up. Also, note that this is an accommodation for international students who stay here for more than a few months, and it is rare to find a guest like me on Expedia who only stays for 3-4 days and uses it like a hotel. "
