This is property owned by a company that rents suites. What is advertised is absolutely NOT what you walk into & an immense amount of difficulties getting replies from these people. After a 14 hours travel day, arriving late evening with a senior (this was told to the property "manager"), prepaid for 3 people, we arrived to 1 double bed and no other sleeping surface besides a tiny chair on the floor, 1 towel & 2 pillows, no blankets. Exhausted, I tried to contact the ppl listed on the email, they are not available after 4:30pm. No replies via telephone or email for over an hour, finally replied insisting there is a bed in the closet(?). We checked everywhere, took and emailed pictures of empty cabinet as proof no beds/mattresses hiding. They did not respond. Also tried Wifi, splash screen said contact provider for reconnection, no wifi. Had to go to lobby and plead with the concierge for help in contacting property manager. They don't usually do this, but were able to & asked them to take care of the situation. After 2 hours of waiting, a guy in a bad mood brought a floor mat & mix-mash of home towels & satin sheet (I wouldn't let my dog sleep on) and a router that we could not wiggle or it would stop working. In the end there was no sleep. The most terrible experience in my life of travelling dealing with an accommodation. Our poor mother was exhausted, they did not care, even though this was detailed (a senior traveller). Beware of these. They are all over the Philippines.
