The staff were friendly, professional, accommodating, and fast in responding. The hotel's location is central to many shopping and dining places. The hotel is clean and beautifully designed. Their delicious brunch carries a variety of ethnic foods to satisfy every taste. The outside dining by the pool was relaxing with the nightly music.

this hotel does not provide any cotton balls to be used for cleaning my face. No cotton buds to clear my ears after bath. and no razor and comb. These small amenities are very important, since we do not have to bring them over when checking in the hotel. what a disappointment.

I love this hotel, it’s our third time staying here. It’s very convenient to everything. The staff are all nice and friendly. Alicia in the front desk is cool and lovely. Our check in and check out procedure was a breeze. The breakfast buffet was amazing! Will definitely come back…

The room service was poor. I asked for bottled water, it didn’t come. The fish and chicken came 20 minutes apart. Done eating when the chicken arrived. I asked them to remove from the bill but didn’t.

Lovely hotel
The stay at Novotel was amazing! I felt welcomed the moment I stepped in. Staff were all very friendly and polite, and Filipinos are just the sweetest. The room was clean, the water pressure a tad too much (haha) but it was a very comfortable stay, just a stone’s throw away from many malls and the NFT and coliseum. What a nice place to stay for a concert. Worth every penny!
