I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience, mainly due to cleanliness and maintenance issues.
Upon arrival, the room did not feel properly cleaned. I noticed hair underneath the sofa, visible stains, and even burned bed covers, which was quite off-putting. The bathroom was also problematic—the toilet bowl was difficult to flush and did not seem well-maintained.
What concerned me the most was the presence of cockroaches in the room, which is completely unacceptable for any accommodation. Additionally, I found inappropriate items left under the bed, which further suggests that the room was not thoroughly cleaned before my stay.
The room itself was also uncomfortable. The air conditioning did not keep the room cool because the window would not close properly, allowing outside air to come in. There was also no exhaust in the toilet, which made ventilation poor and unpleasant.
To make matters worse, the TV was not functional as it couldn’t connect to the internet, limiting in-room entertainment.
Overall, the hotel falls short in basic hygiene, comfort, and maintenance standards. I hope management takes these issues seriously and improves their cleaning procedures and facilities for future guests.
