The property was worn down. It needs renovation and uplifting. The lobby and hallways are very warm. Needs proper ventilation and air conditioning. Very good location.

Best bang for buck! Literally opposite SM mall with super dining options on level 2 and 3 ( ditch the food court) Not as crowded as Makati but close. If there is a lot of traffic, the train is literally a 10 min walk or less

I was not satisfied for the reason that the place is too old, they even provided me a an old iron with wires that are visible and unsafe! Their microwave even blew up and charge me for it, but the appliances that they all have are obviously poor and old!!! Will never check in to this place again. Check out shouldnt take so long since some guest are on rush due to their flights, but this hotel make it everything so hard for the guest during check it, all items even like toothbrush are charged whereas it should be automatically provided every staycation knowing that they are so called hotel!!!! Experience is very ridiculous!!! I am not happy

The location is nice because it is directly across the street from SM Mega Mall. The lagoon pool was nice for our daughter to spend some time in. We were able to cook our own meals (you have to request cookware). Only real downfalls were that parking was paid (300 php/night) and there were some cockroaches in apartment. Staff was pleasant and accommodating to our requests.

The facility is under maintained, no utensils provided, for a suite room, there should be proper things for a suite, there is no face cloth provided and the shower room is clogging, overall it needs upgrades!

Liked the room, pleasant, BUT Tower A, VERY Inconvenient. Will not stay there next time, if placed at Tower A. The staff (men), were very helpful/accommodating. Liked that the hotel has a weighing scale for the luggage.

Customer service is very poor. I booked a night stay for my brother and our housekeeper coz they will not fit on our airbnb unit and we were treated horribly. They didnt even allow them to use the luggage cart. When we call them the shower problem they are so snobbish to our housekeeper. We treat and respect our housekeeper and she’s been with us for years. So for us it is so disrespectful of them.

This hotel is infested with roaches
This hotel is infested. Been moved multiple times, also my friend who stays in a different room, he was transferred to another room. But all rooms were infested with roaches.

The room and location of the hotel is good. But their bed is safe hazard because of the design. A couple times that i bumped my leg and foot on the bed frame that caused me a deep cut on my leg. Better if they can change the bed.

The only reason i like this hotel is because the mall is just across the street and other one is the security. Unfortunately, the linens, bedsheets, towels need to be replaced. They all look old already. They have plate and utensils to use but no cooking stuff to use, so the stove are useless.

Dirty & cockroach-infested.
Cockroach infested, both in & out of our room. They cleaned the room the following day, changed bedding (not even sure if they actually changed it) as the cockroach was still there. I wouldn’t stay here again, regardless of the price or location, just because it is dirty. It’s horrible. A lot of POGO employees reside here, they’re not the cleanest people as well.

Next to a mall, nice pool with a view, wave pool, close to everything, very convenient and in expensive. It would have been perfect if not for one or two small roaches running around in the bathroom.

Centrally located, just across is SM Megamall, convenient to shopping & restaurants. Secure - key card access to room floors. Front desk could be busy at certain times - would not pick up calls. Spacious room with luggage/closet space. Fridge, kitchen/microwave. Stayed here 9 nights. Would definitely consider staying here again - mainly for the convenience - location and the price deal.

Won’t go again.
Took almost an hour just to register because of long line. Lobby was crowded with people waiting to register and get their rooms even after check in at 3 pm. Corridors/elevators are hot, does not seem A/C is working. Have to pay for parking.
