"The check-in staff was very friendly & kind explained everything I needed to know. While there I noticed tgere were staff smoking outside while working although it was early & no guests around I do belive it a non smoking hotel. We did have a problem with the air-conditioning & Ron(which was great) from maintenance came checked it It started cooling but by the late night hours it was HOT, we enjoyed the pools & amenities. We will definitely come back & recommend this Hotel "

"The condo set up is nice. Our condo was covered in black hair, my son’s comforter had a white substance on it that looked suspicious and unwashed. The neighbors were doing drugs and it was blowing into our condos vent system. Some guy was asking my daughter weird questions at the pool. Security was horrible. People were inconsiderate of children being in the pool and smoking, doing drugs there, when none was allowed. The out door halls were full of trash and someone had a car hood on the 3rd floor?!?. This place is over priced compared to other condos in the area that have way more amenities."
