"I selected this hotel based on the proximity to Coastal Carolina, the gym, and the breakfast buffet. The location was perfect but everything was lacking. The gym was small and had weird hours and the food was terrible. The eggs were microwaved egg discs that were extremely salty! There was bland cereal, oatmeal, toast, hard biscuits, yogurt and pork sausage. I room was ok but the bed was lumpy. My expectations were not met with this booking and I would not recommend staying here."

"The property is fine but when I arrived I saw a trash violation noticed on the door im just checking into get inside the apartment looks nice until a hr later when I opened the trash can & it was full of trash it was late so I called & explain the situation to my contact person she then states that she was aware of the trash violation on the previous renters & told me to put the trash can outside the door that she would have someone take care of the trash no one removed the trash but instead kept applying violation sticker on the door the entire time I stayed i called the contact lady on Friday left a message and got no response"

"Was not happy there was an additional $10 fee for admin when we got there. But later when I checked my bill that $10 was reflected there. So that made me feel better. The man who checked us in, not very welcoming. This room was NOT a $200 a night room. The bed was so close to the bathroom you couldn’t open the door. The soap smells AWFUL, there was NO smoke alarm, room was REALLY tiny. Beds were ok. Pillows flat & hard. Was good enough for a one night stay I guess."

"Horrible place to deal with. We got there on a Friday afternoon and the key pad wasn't working. Called the number. The manager was not there. The managing property was in California. Told us the manager wouldn't be back until Monday. After 3 hours on the phone with them, Told us to find a hotel for the night and they would reimburse us for the night. Called the next morning and was told some one went out to fix the keypad. We got there and the keypad was still not working. Called the main number again. Told them the keypad was still not working. They said The manager is not in until Monday. The only thing we can do is cancel the reservation, refund your money and you can find another place to stay. It was spring break week and we had our dog. Very hard to find a place last min. We did finally find something, but it was $2,700 MORE than what we paid for them. It has been 2 weeks later and we STILL HAVE NOT received our refund. They ruined our first 2 days there. We lost out money on a dinner cruise reservation because we had nowhere to leave our pup. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL."
