"Stayed in a two bedroom suite. Overall experience at The Jervois was great. Staffs at the front desk were helpful. Location of the hotel is very central, many restaurants and cafes nearby, conveniently located. Only wished the washer and dryer in the unit can be wash and dry in one cycle. "

However, at your website, you stated the property will be staff only from 8.00 am to 10.00 pm which makes confusion as I arrived early and were trying to leave my luggage there while I just go for my meeting but were not able to. Would suggest making it clear on your site on your staffing timing. Also, when I sent 2 emails on 2 separate time enquiring about the above issue before my flight, I did not get a response from your email which is disappointing. If I am given the reply to my enquiry, I would not have to go around with my luggage to do my work. Overall, I am satisfied but things can be better. Thanks."
