"This is a great location to experience Fiji for the first time. There are two beaches included in the resort that are walking distance to each other. "Please provide a better service in meal ordering. I waited an hour to get my food. Staff took wrong orders 3 times and I ended up canceling my lunch. Room service staff are great. Just need to better serve the customers at the restaurant. We are paying a lot of money to enjoy our vacation and lunch staff was not very nice."

"Loved the hotel, but you need to make sure you book your dinner otherwise they won’t let you into the restaurant. The staff there were not as enthusiastic as other places, especially the reception. We had to ask for more towels as we only got 2, even though the booking was for 4. Our room wasn’t cleaned and we had to ask for that to be done. The staff at the restaurant were otherwise good and enthusiastic, but I think I got food poisoning from their buffet."

"We have often stayed here over the years. It was good to see it's still busy and the pools are clean. Most of the hospitality staff were lovely as always .
