"Loved the hotel, but you need to make sure you book your dinner otherwise they won’t let you into the restaurant. The staff there were not as enthusiastic as other places, especially the reception. We had to ask for more towels as we only got 2, even though the booking was for 4. Our room wasn’t cleaned and we had to ask for that to be done. The staff at the restaurant were otherwise good and enthusiastic, but I think I got food poisoning from their buffet."

The beach view was beautiful and made our stay even more relaxing. Breakfast had a good variety of fresh and tasty options. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"Nice big resort, loads of space, though starting to look a little tired here and there. Staff were fantastic, breakfasts superb, though sadly disappointed in dinners had at restaurants. Best meals were on room service and beach bar menus, not what you’d expect."

"The staff are incredible. Sail went above and beyond to get me here and everyone is so welcoming. They remember names and where everyone is from. I don’t know how they do it but I have never met a more welcoming people than those in Fiji, especially here. They have snorkel gear, kayaks and paddle boards ready to be taken out at anytime. "The property is absolutely beautiful ! We loved the view from the room , it is also incredible. Ma at the dive shop was an angel ! She took the time to greet us and asked the dive instructors to take care of my mom who has knee issues. The instructors on our scuba dive Masi and Su did an incredible job taking us to the best dive spots. The butler service with evening drinks was a lively addition, the staff was so kind. We loved the bula man who lights the torches every night! So special....

"We have often stayed here over the years. It was good to see it's still busy and the pools are clean. Most of the hospitality staff were lovely as always . And the solo guitar player/singer was really good... But, the room was not in good shape. Shower was dirty and only cold water. The room smelt like curry .. It was next to the kitchen and across from cleaning room so it was very noisy ..couldn't open the window for fresh air and the curtains didn't close properly so the bright light was...

We had a Club Level room, which gave us access to free breakfasts, high tea and happy hour appetizers daily - the BEST! The Club Level also has its own pool perched on the hill with a beautiful view, with internet access/work area and a fun place to play cards. "This property doesn’t provide simple things like tea/coffee and bottled water amenities in your room unlike most hotels. The hotel baggage help is poor, I called but no one showed up so had to carry my own bag from my room to the front desk to check out. The shuttle service was good. Overall I will give this hotel a 2 Star."
