I am very disappointed to the fact that I have called several times to the front desk to get towels or anything I need and no request was granted or taken care of. the room was never cleaned when were there for 7-8 days. The only thing I can compliment is the bus service and the price was reasonable. But as far as service, this is very bad franchise that cares about the bottom line of profitability over people. I will not stay here again. What is more disturbing is that my wife forgot her coat and other items in the closet and we have called the hotel both from inside Saudi Arabia and the U.S and still no response. No one answered the phone so we took a bus service from Al Madina to Mecca, 4 hours trip just to get there for this lazy manager who was a Saudi Female to tell us that come back tomorrow to speak to Loss and Found. After insisting that we need to get our items, she finally went and validated what we have left there to give them back and with the attitude: Now, you got your stuff, get the hell out. Time was around midnight...This organization needs work and again, without a bus service, I won't recommend this place.
