"The hotel's central location was incredibly convenient, putting me within walking distance of a variety of restaurants, bars, massage places, and a shopping mall. This made it easy to explore the area. One minor drawback was the air conditioning in the breakfast area. It wasn't cooling enough, making it a bit uncomfortable during meals. However, the variety and quality of the breakfast offerings more than made up for this inconvenience. "

"Extremely hospitable staff with good location as well. It is beside a huge shopping mall with plenty of shops and things to do as well. Only issue is when we tried to contact the concierge regarding some local tours, they kept on telling us to check with the tour agency next door which is inside the mall. I dont think thats what a concierge is for, to be always directing tourist elsewhere. "

"Seda is 5 minutes from our office so it is an ideal location. There is a small shopping mall and restaurants galore, visit Italianos if you like pasta etc... You are about a 15 minute walk from Greenbelt and Glorietta mall which are the main malls in this area so it may be a better option if you are visiting for a couple of days. The rooms are serviced apartments and reasonably priced. There is a small gym which has the basic kit but could do with upgrading. Staff are very friendly and efficient. there is a great Sky bar which overlooks Manila and is a good watering hole! Bar food is excellent and aslo the pizzas from the kiln are worth a go!!"
