Good value stop for long distance trips. The rooms are in good shape for a motel and provide for a decent night sleep. Friendly and helpful staff at reception. Motel is on the main road through town so easy to get to from the freeway. Would happily stay again on future road trips north

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. However, for privacy we would have expected to have locks in the bathroom and bedrooms.

Sorry, we don't have locks on the bathrooms or bedrooms, due to experience, we have had in the past with children locking themselves in and parents not been able to get them out.

Bathroom wall exhaust fan hasn’t been cleaned since the building was built, excessive build up of crime, very dangerous and a fire waiting to happen

Excellent service and very clean , the motel has been at Raymond Terrace for along time so it not modern but excellent in every other way with an excellent pool for those hot days .

I regret to say that our recent stay at Sleepy Hill Motor Inn was marred by significant service issues. Despite our efforts to address concerns about room service, the response from the owner was not only unhelpful but escalated to a highly aggressive and confrontational level. To add to the frustration, false excuses were made regarding the service not being done, creating an environment of mistrust. The situation reached such an extreme point that we felt compelled to involve the police. This experience greatly overshadowed any positive aspects of our stay in this crappy motor in, leaving a lasting negative impression. The owners are extremely rude and narcissistic (clearly visible from all negative review replies as well).
