"While the walk from terminal 2 or 3 is not easily marked, once there it was a great place to spend the night before continuing on our trip to Dover the next morning. There is a nice bar and restaurant and the rooms are clean and spacious. The lifts are a bit confusing as one set goes to a few different floors and the other set does not. Not clearly marked. "

Be warned, there are no bedside sockets- although there were some by the TV. The bar is expensive but it has a captive audience and the plane watching opportunities are great. Staff were friendly. "

I liked my room The bus service to and from the hotel is not run by the hotel and can be cumbersome and it’s the same bad service for all the Heathrow hotels .. if you don’t mind spending a little more money for a cab or Uber you will be happy you did"
