Foods provided really tasted delicious.

It did surprise me, the quality of the food was very good and delicious. The service in the restaurant is high quality, friendly and happy to help you. Dining can be discounted if you are staying at the same time.

Good value for the price - definitely “no frills” but was clean, the bed was fairly comfortable and the water nice and hot. I would imagine it is cold in winter so will bring a pair of slippers next time. Ten minute walk into town where there are many shops and a cinema.

The staff are lovely , the room was a decent size for a single room , I was there for 5 days but they only cleaned my room once and changed my sheets once while it was a heat wave , other then that no issue . I would recommend the place if you want somewhere cheap . There is a curry house downstairs and a Tesco express and a pub that serves food around the corner

Friendly staff hotel is above a nice Indian restaurant. so dont go to Mc Donalds before you arrive , the staff were very friendly . I would defo book again , and not got to mc Donalds this time

Absolutely not recommended

Broken doors, toilet handles, blood on the door and in the toilet walls, rubbish everywhere and broken windows; our engineers says it's the worst place they've ever stayed in.

For the price I did not expect the Ritz but this was appalling (please see from the photos). In addition the TV had sound but no picture. Finally, electric points and light switched did not appear to be securely attached to the wall. Never again.
The shower tray was filthy and the edges were covered in filth and mould.
The handbasin had not been cleaned since the last resident had a shave in there!
The fire alarm seems to be covered by a plastic bag!

Good. Close to legoland Clean bedding and towles Bad Rocks for pillows Mattresses stained badly. Bathroom needs a good clean. Thats why it was so cheap you get what you pay for.

Pre-booked this hotel and paid upfront. Arrived at hotel to check in, were told they had no rooms for us. Apparently they had a customer who decided they wanted to stay longer, so they gave them our room, despite us having paid and reserved the room. Fortunately, Travelodge was down the road and we booked in there for 2 nights.

If you're looking for just a place to sleep at a low price, it might be okay, but the issues with the bathrooms, unfinished renovations, and loose door lock are definitely concerning. As a reference from Expedia...even with a discount...we have been disapointed.
